6-week Residency
Six Weeks, Full Immersion
Six weeks full-time in Seoul. Among the 100, only those who earn their place reach the Investment Committee.

Discover — the first week with 100 founders
From Monday orientation to Friday networking dinner. The first week is about discovery, not judgment — observing up close who actually cares about which problem.
Team formation — testing hypotheses together
Build with one potential co-founder for a week, then with another. We don't pair you — fit is proven, not assigned.
Validation — hypotheses meet real customers
Build the MVP and talk to at least five real customers each week. The first hypothesis rarely survives intact — what matters here is the speed of sharpening.
Pitch prep — the last week before the IC
Product, traction, business model, team — pulling all four into one coherent story for the Investment Committee. Daily rehearsals in front of a different partner each day.
Investment Committee
Pitch freely, take sharp feedback. An intense yet open stage where up to $500K of combined investment is decided.
Selection round outcomes
Eight selection rounds in. Real outcomes.
Inception selects roughly 5–10% of applicants. Of those, 30–50% pass the Investment Committee and receive pre-seed investment.
