1. About Our Services

These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of the Antler Korea website (antler.kr) and related services ('Services'). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Antler Korea operates as a startup generator, providing founder scouting, pre-seed investment, co-founder talent pool, and advisor network.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 19 years old to use our Services. You may create an account to access portals (Apply, Founder, LP, Admin). You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and security of your account information.

Providing false information or unauthorized use of another person's account may result in service restrictions.

3. Applications & Track Participation

Information submitted during applications (resume, intro video, profile) is used for evaluation purposes. Submitting an application does not guarantee track participation; final selection is at Antler Korea's discretion.

If selected for a round, separate investment and participation agreements will be executed.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including design, text, logos, images, and software — is the intellectual property of Antler Korea or its respective owners. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written consent is prohibited.

Intellectual property created during track participation is governed by separate investment agreements.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is prohibited: (1) providing false or misleading information, (2) breaching or interfering with service security, (3) collecting data through automated means, (4) infringing on the rights of others, (5) violating applicable laws.

6. Disclaimers

Services are provided 'as is.' Antler Korea makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the Services. Portfolio information and investment performance displayed on the website are for reference only and do not guarantee future results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Antler Korea shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

8. Changes to Terms

Antler Korea may modify these Terms as needed. Changes will be posted on this website. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
